Not alot of nice places, but I can give you places to eat at. For pizza, try Fernando's Wedgewood Pizza. It's actually located in Austintown, which is a suburb of Youngstown. For ice cream, you gotta get Handel's, there are several locations in the Youngstown area. We have the best chili dogs. The hot dog shops are located in Warren (The Hot Dog Shoppe) and Girard (Jib Jab Hot Dogs). There's one in Hubbard, too. It's at the truck stop, not sure what it's called, though. All of these towns are located a short distance from Youngstown.

USF Holland was acquired by Yellow not to long ago. Yellow and Roadway just completed a 5 year merger. Usf was supposed to consume all of the parent companies debt. Then it was to close. The Terminal in Cleveland is on the ropes in order to cut operating cost. If the drivers survive the closing and they are Incorporated into the Youngstown terminal than yes they will have to report to that terminal.

I want to go with my husband to Youngstown, if there is anything for me to do during the day. I won't have transportation. We will be there Dec. 12 - 15.

There is the Chevrolet Centre, which is the big concert venue in town... Disney on Ice will be there when you are planning to arrive. You can check out the Butler Institute of American Art... the nation's first art museum completely dedicated to American art (it's excellent). There's also the Museum of Labor and Industry (which I'm not that familar with). To be honest there's not that much to do, besides shop and eat out... you may be spending a lot of time at the movie theatre. Public transportation exists, but it's really awful. It runs mostly downtown, but with a few routes to the mall in the suburbs. Good luck!
